I pour back into the humans who carry a lot and rarely slow down. The Restoration Studio creates simple ways to restore what’s good in life. I’d love for you to join in.
Much of my work here centers on the women who hold so much for so many.
Ambitious women are tired.
Not ungrateful. Not uninspired. Just tired.
We’re the ones holding it all together. At work. At home. In every room we walk into. Yet quietly running on empty. The world celebrates the doing, but rarely honors the restoring.
The more life I live, the clearer this becomes:
When women are well, the world works better.
That’s why I created Restoration Studio
It started with a need: more spaces that fill women up. Places to gather, create, give, and grow.
This is that space.
A reminder that ambition and balance can coexist, and that restoration happens best when we do it together.

What’s Happening Inside the Studio
MONTHLY GATHERINGS
Think less networking, more “oh thank God, you get it.”
These monthly women’s meetups in the Detroit metro area are equal parts laughter, real talk, and finally not having to be the responsible one for an hour or two. Come as you are. Leave a little lighter and maybe with a new friend who actually gets it.
DAY RETREATS
One day. Zero guilt. Just what is needed.
Seasonal one-day retreats designed for women who do a lot and need a day to not. We slow down, breathe deep, eat well, and remember what it feels like to be human and not just a calendar invite. The next retreat is planned for Spring 2026 in Michigan.
If you carry a lot, you deserve places that pour back into you.
