In the last 15+ years…

I’ve mentored 100+ leaders through chaos (and burnout).

I helped scale multimillion-dollar teams while juggling all the things.

And I earned a Master’s in Organizational Psychology to understand what drives productivity…and what fuels burnout.

I chased success so hard—doing all the things, all the time—until life broke me.

Not in a cute way. In a scary, this-can-never-happen-again kind of way.
